MATLAB script for batching cut out the certain part of .wav sound samples

Hi all, I have a lot of .wav sound samples in the separate folders. I need to cut out the last one third of each sample. The length of each sample is also different. I was wondering if there are some scripts doing this automatically? thanks for any hints and help!
