Any code you write is copyrighted by you, and you can post it. The restrictions of the Home license are mostly that you cannot make any money from publishing your code, not even indirectly such as by publishing academic papers that enhance your reputation. Posting your code on a site that you are making money from banner advertising would Not Be Cool either.
But if you are effectively giving away your code just to help people, then your Home license is enough.
