Error is appearing without explanation

Error in final/DicomReader (line 13) dicom_header = dicominfo(filename);
E.g. I got this error line but no further explanation of the error. It just indicates where the error is but it doesn't say what is the wrong with this line. Any help?

Are you able to execute the below command successfully?

dicominfo('CT-MONO2-16-ankle.dcm')
