How to compare IQ data in two .mat files

I have two .mat files, and they both have huge amount of data. I now have them in the tall array format and try to use the File Comparison feature in the Matlab.
When I tried to "compare" the details (shown below), it run out of memory and cause errors. What is the best way to see the dataset differences in these two files.
In this case, I anticipate 98% of data will match from beginning. The raw file will have additional datasets when comparing with the exported file.
Any suggestions?
