Incremental Conductance Simulation Problems

When using the MATLAB IncCond model with a PV array and boost converter the MPP is not being tracked properly. The PV current-voltage is not what I would expect either and I do not understand why. If anyone could help me figure out what is wrong I'd really appreciate it, been stuck on this for weeks now.
