Displaying a image of given pixel using GUI

Hello...... Any one help me over this. Iam creating a GUI ,i want to give an input as (x,y) pixel values to an image .Output should display another figure ,i.e that "particular pixel of given image"

You might try
thePixel = impixel(yourImage, column, row);
imshow(thePixel, 'InitialMagnification', 1600);
or use a zoom scroll panel. See attached.
