even if the Image processing toolbox is already installed then why unable to access the below functions.Undefined function 'extractHOGFeatures' for input arguments of type 'double Undefined function 'detectMSERFeatures' for input arguments of type 'uint8'. Requesting help - Thanks

These functions are in the Computer Vision System Toolbox.
