Creating Custom lstmLayer in the Neural Network Toolbox

I'm creating a custom LSTMLayer acording to the following instructions in the Neural Network Toolbox. Custom Layer Definition However I am unable to define the parameters and methods properly since I am unable to understand how it has been done for the baseClass (lstmLayer). Could I get some additional help regarding the same and if possible some basic template for the parameters and methods specifically for the lstmLayer only.
