How to calculate pairwise distance between 10 images in folder???

Hi, I have ten images in a folder, I have to calculate distance between each pair of images like 1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4,1-5,1-6,1-7,1-8,1-9,1-10,2-1,2-2,2-3,.................,10-10. Then to form a dissimilarity matrix....How to do that????

I am reading a contour of images (images are represented as 2D contour points ). I have to calculate distance between each image contour with remaining contours...I have to use L1 norm for distance caluclation....

I have extracted a contour of images (attached) after that I am extracting x,y coordinates of these contour points. Obviously number of contour points of images will be different, in order to make them equal , I am appending 0's to small dimension contour representation...After making them equal I have to calculate the distance (any distance)..I have to do that for each pair as brought out above. That will lead a dissimilarity matrix..

I have no idea what you want. Hopefully someone else will, so good luck. About all I can suggest now is to use pdist2() to find the distance between two lists of coordinates.
