How can i compute depth maps from disparities maps of stereo pairs captured with a calibrated camera ?

I am currently working on a project that involves computing the distance between a camera and objects in a scene. My algorithm currently computers a disparities map for the stereo pairs and still trying to figure out how to compute the depth map from the disparity map.
