As of MATLAB R2020a, MATLAB Coder supports the "datetime" function for code generation. To learn more about generating code from MATLAB code that uses "datetime", see the documentation page, "Code Generation for Datetime Arrays":

Starting in R2020a, you can use datetime arrays in MATLAB code intended for code generation. For more information, see Code Generation for Datetime Arrays (MATLAB Coder) and Datetime Array Limitations for Code Generation (MATLAB Coder).
