Bootstrapping algorithm

Can anybody help me with theory and Matlab explained "code" of Bootstrapping algorithm for resampling rare dynamic data (like one of two per day)? Are there, maybe, some alse methods in this field (like Marspline..)? I can sent my mail to continue detail conversation?!
