How to plot multiple graphs which are saved in the working folder

Hi All, I want to plot the new plots for multiple cases in the plot which is already saved in the working folder with different parameters.It is know that hold on will add a plot to the previous plots while we working on the same script but my inquiry is in order to plot multiple plots in the existing figure save in the file.
