Hi,
If you open our DC motor example by typing:
>> power_dcmotor
You will see a DC_Motor block configured for 5HP, 240V, 16.2 A and 1220 rpm which is pretty close to what you want already. You can adapt this model to obtain your desired configuration. You can refer to the documentation for the meaning of each parameter and the physical equations of the block.
