Answers is not customer support. If you don't have a toolbox, you need to contact sales and pay for that toolbox, then download it as necessary.

For a version that old you will probably need to purchase a new MATLAB license and all the toolboxes you need.

Sometimes there are good reasons to need the toolbox from a particular release. The full version of MATLAB permits downloading previous versions, but as far as I have been able to tell, Student licences do not. Academic licenses vary about whether they permit previous releases.
