what is method can i used to smooth my time domain data？

I have got some data, but they are prominent in some places. I want to smooth these data. An article says that Kalman filter can achieve it, but Kalman filter requires various parameters to make me failed. Is there any other way to smooth them or what is can i reference? The picture is the original data (in attach file) and ideal result (not such smooth certainly).Thank you for attention！

What do you mean ideal results? It looks like you have just removed all the peaks. What are you hoping the output will look like?
