i am facing problem using a matlab exchange file. i downloaded it but dont know the procedure to use it.

Hi,

I suggest you to download the file from MATLAB itself. Search for the Add-On you want, in this case search for 'EM Algorithm for Gaussian Mixture Model' in the Add-On explorer.

Then click on Add-> Add to MATLAB.

After that you use the Add-On by directly calling the functions.
