How can I use Phased Array System Toolbox to implement delay and sum beamforming for wavefile?

I want to implement a delay-and-sum beamforming which can process wavefile and enhance signal SNR. How could I implement it?

Yes, all those beamformers are written in MATLAB. The regular edit command will do.
