Search the File Exchange. The computer vision toolbox has face detection (not recognition).

do you mean i can't recognation with matlab ???

You can do almost anything you want with MATLAB. Having the Computer Vision Toolbox (a additional product from the Mathworks that adds functionality to MATLAB) will relieve you from having to program up a bunch of routines that have already been developed, tested, and made robust. Why reinvent the wheel? The same thing could be said about some of the entries submitted to the File Exchange by end users such as me or you.
