How to change the M*N*P to M*N*3 or M*N for an Image in Matlab?

Is there any way to show this type of image in Matlab 480*480*32? or otherwise, I have to change the image from 480*480*32 to 480*480*3 please guide me.

What format the image is? Is it a dicom image?

Actually, Sir, I am not pretty sure about that but I think that it was .im file and it will open in Matlab only and has a value of 480*480*32.

With new enough MATLAB you could try volumeViewer()

No, with a MATLAB version that old, you should look in the File Exchange for vol3d v2.
