i want to give i/p as TRUE for a subsystem in my simulink model for 1.5/2.5/3.0 (Any specific time period) Sec. How can i give such kind of i/p ?

You can do it in many ways
  1. Using Sources/Clock block
  2. Using Sources/Signal Builder clock
  3. Using Sources/From Workspace block
