When I use the "kmeans" function, I get a message "License Manager Error -4".

I use the MATLAB with the license from our university. I have no problem to use the MATLAB program except the use of kmeans function. But, when I use the function, the error is always occered with the following message; "License checkout failed. License Manager Error -4 Maximum number of users for Statistics_Toolbox reached. Try again later." I use the MATLAB 2018a and Windows 7. Is there anyone who can help me?

Apparently there is a limited number of users for the Statics Toolbox under your license. The only option is to wait until another user checks in again (i.e. stops using the toolbox license). Another option is contacting the IT administrators of your university to check if there are licenses available anyway.
