How to convert labview functions in matlab

I was provided a matlab code that calls some functions on labview and I would like to use it but I do not have labview. Is there a way of converting that part of the code to a matlab code or is there a way to convert the functions called into a sort of .exe that would allow me to run the code?

Have you tried installing Labview runtime? If the actual code is supposed to work you should not need the entire software.
