How to test data with multiple fis ?

Hello, how to test data with multiple trnfismat? my code to load fis file is:

if true
 trnfismat1 = readfis('trnfismat1');
trnfismat2 = readfis('trnfismat2');
trnfismat3 = readfis('trnfismat3');
end

my input for test this learning will be 115. Please guide me how to test my input with multiple dataset. Thank you
