XPC target with a PCI LAN card

Hi everyone I got a industrial computer SB601 with 7 pci slots , the LAN network card is not compatible with XPC target, so I found 2 PCI LAN cards - Realteck RTL8139D (Supported by XPC) - Intel SB82558B
How can I start a computer with a PCI LAN card.
