App Designer With a Toolbox

Hey,
So I created an app in app designer and it uses the Statistics Toolbox. If I use Application Compiler on my app, will anyone be able to use it even if they don't have the Statistics Toolbox?

Application Compiler to build a standalone executable - yes.
App Packaging tool for packaging apps that install and run in MATLAB - no.
