Using fit_ellipse to graph best fit ellipse

I'm trying to use the fit_ellipse function on Matlab to plot the best fit ellipse on my graph but cannot figure out how to get it to show up. I have 2 125x1 vectors that are on the plot but how can I add a best fit ellipse instead of circle? Thank you for the help!
