How to decide the sampling time in powegui block in discrete mode?

For example, a model of DC-DC converter (boost), how to decide the sampling time in powergui block to run in discrete mode? I have checked different values of sampling time and it greatly effect the system results.

We choose the sample time depending on the system dynamics, check the Nyquist–Shannon sampling theorem. The sample time must be small enough to capture the transient. When we have electrical systems with switching devices we also need to consider the switching frequency and then we need to oversample the plant so we get enough samples for each switching period.
