Camera(eye-tracker) connection

Hi, I would like to connect my eye-tracker camera directly to Matlab, in order to record some photos for intrinsic parameters calibration. I download the add-on for generic camera connection, available on matlab add-on store. It works with other cameras but not with the eye-tracker camera(pupil labs eye-tracker); could someone help me? Thank you.
