How can I run 'slrttest' on my PC?

I have set the correct IP address information in Simulink Real-time Explorer. however, when I run 'slrttest' command, I got the error as follow; I have tried the same steps on several different PCs, however, the error results are all same. However, can I fix the issue and finish the confidence test?
