C2000 F28m35 Simulink CAN Communication Function Blocks

Dear all
I am trying to use F28M35 with Simulink for real-time sampling and control, I can see that SPI, TCP, I2C, etc. have existing function block but there is no mention of CAN while F28M35 definitely support CAN communication.
So is it right that Simulink does not support controlling of CAN port? and if yes what is the best way to implement CAN communication within Simulink model?
