Unable to install toolbox

I am trying to install the image processing toolbox for Matlab 2009. The code I want to run is only compatible with older versions of Matlab thus I am using a 2009b version. I already have Matlab 2009b on my computer and I just want to add the toolbox (Image Processing toolbox) to the software. I have downloaded the zip file for toolbox from the Mathworks website (see image) for the appropriate Matlab version (2009b) in 64bit . I then ran the installer and selected custom install but the image processing toolbox is not listed (only the full Matlab and some other toolboxes, all of which I already have installed) (see second image). I have tried uninstalling Matlab 2009b and reinstalling everything but the Image Processing Toolbox is still not installed. How can I fix this and install the Image Processing Toolbox for this version of Matlab?

Perhaps your license doesn't include having purchased the Image Processing TB?
