How to do the Video Stabilization of Color Video (not BW video)?

Is it possible to do the video stabilization of colored video?. All the examples in MATLAB converts the RGB image frame to gray color code and do the feature matching or any other operations. Is it possible to do the video stabilization of color video and get the stabilized video in RGB format?
