I can not change my data dictionary anymore in Matlab 2018a, how do I solve this?

This section of the dictionary stores variables that are visible to the Simulink models that reference this dictionary. These variables can be used to parameterize certain model, block and signal parameters.

Your Dialogue Pane is hidden. Go to View -> Show Dialogue Pane. The data which you import will be displayed in the contents. You can right click on Design Data and import.
