Will Matlab automatically report errors or warnings when overflow happened with the fixed point designer?

I construct a fixed point data by calling 'fi' function. And the following data formats are restricted to the pre-defined fixed point, for example, 16 bit word length and 15 bit fraction length. So, will Matlab automatically report errors or warnings when overflow happened for the following data calculations?
