Dear helpers, i have obtained some mode shape vectors from modalfit command, how to plot them? as i am getting correct natural frequencies but modes obtained by peak picking method are not correct (plot shows that)???please help.

Thanks Kumar,,, I am sending my matrix (frf), along with the code.

fs=6400; mnum=5; [fn,dr,ms]=modalfit(frf,f,fs,mnum,'Fit method','PP');

where f is a column vector, starting from 1 to 2500. and frf is attached.

I think, modalfit function is a part of some toolbox. Please attach the output of fn, dr and ms.

I wish to plot mode shapes, the problem is by using this modalfit command, I sm getting some mofe shape vectors, but they are not correct....as mode shapes not proper... Uptil my knowledge , I am applying alright...
