PMU (Phasor Measurement Unit) in SIMULINK

How to implement PMU in Simulink? I know it should be something like that (PMU.jpg) but how to do specific elements of it and what should be an effect? Any help appreciated.

If you want to use a PMU on simulink you can use this one :
