I want to get Y = 906*1 but I got 2880

n1b=960;
n2=960;
load Normal

Y=[ones(n1a+n1b,1);2*ones(n2,1)];

I got this error 
Matrix dimensions must agree.

How could you expect Y to be size 906? I assume you mean 960, but even so you quite clearly explicitly give it a size that sums to 2880.

You vertically concatenate something of size 960 + 960 (n1a+n1b) by 1 with something of size 960 (n2) by 1, as clearly defined in your statement:

Y=[ones(n1a+n1b,1);2*ones(n2,1)];

I have no idea how this relates to the error you get as that has no context, but if you are using it somewhere where it expects a (960,1) or (960,3) array then it is understandable.
