how can i roll a simple tire on a platform?

i am trying to use contact forces library to role tire forward, but i can not achieve this .i haven't found any useful tutorial for how to use contact forces library if you have it will be great to share it with me . i am attaching my simulink project here and hoping for great resource or answers
