My licence number is 5****0. Due to the ilness I am at home and, due to the problems with internet connections I can not install Matlab2018b. Would you be so kind to send me the installation key for my license in order to make installation manually. Thank you in advance. Best regards. Rada Novakovic

Please remove the license number since it's shared in a public forum , it's better you contact the mathworks support team by clicking the Contact Us button on the top right corner of this page since the volunteers here don't have access to that type of information.

Since it's the Christmas weekend, you may be out of luck until Wednesday. So since you have an internet connection, at least good enough to post here, I'd suggest that you keep trying until you can get someone at the Mathworks (not here). Perhaps try late at night when the internet traffic is lower.
