there is some bug in this task please resolve it.

If you've found a bug, it's not a repeatable one. However, reporting it here will not get this to the people who can investigate further. If you would like to, please report suspected bugs here.

The issue is you are using the Delay block instead of the Unit Delay block.
The Unit Delay block will display instead of
Correct the model and you should now be able to pass this task.

All was my bug :) but it accepted at 9.1 and 9.2. Warned only at 9.3.

You don't add the unit delay until 9.2, but I agree the error would be more appropriate in 9.2 instead of 9.3. I have passed this suggestion on to the Simulink Onramp team.
