How to filter using FFT?

I have this image I want to filter,I am trying to filter it using FFT algorthim? how should I do that?

I tried Google. Seems lost of people are interested to tell you about how thiis works.

I think I am stuck in finding the image filter (the one we multiply the Fourier Transform with),is there are an easy way to find it or should I guess it?
