Create a three-dimensional function using two fractional functions

Hi!
I'd like to create two functions in 3 dimensional graph and mesh them.
However, the variables have the same unit in the x and y axes, but since the range of the axes is different, "The vectors must be the same length" will be output.
How should we solve this problem?
Below is the function created by me and the graph of handwritten target.
best regards!

Do you want two 2-dimensional line plots in a 3-dimensional space, or do you want one 3-dimensional surface plot in a 3-dimensional space? If the latter, what is the function of two variables that defines the surface you want to visualize?

Hi!
I am still a matlab beginner.
I tried using linspace, but I got an error, so I could not do 3 dimensional plotting.
How can I use the results I expect?
best regards!!
