Link to Mpt Signal in Model Advisor

I am Writing a Script to find Description of mpt Signal.

i want to show the hyperlinks of mpt.signals in Model Advisor for those signals whose Description is not Found.

Please suggest me its code.

I have already written the Code to display the Signals in Model Advisor which donot have its Description.

Now i want to shows its link also in Model Advisor.
