numerical integration with changing boundary conditions

Hey everyone,
I would like to use the trapz function to integrate my peaks within a specific domain. More specifically, I want to integrate within a region where the signal is higher than 10% of the maximum of the (highest) peak.
What is the most reliable way to do this?
