How to write the variance of zero-mean circularly symmetric complex gaussian noise?

I need the gaussian noise and the zero-mean circularly symmetric complex gaussian noise,however, i don't know how to write the code of zero-mean circularly symmetric complex gaussian,is its noise the same as gaussian noise,equal to 1 ?
