eqn1= r*x*(1-((x+y)/K))-d*z*x =0;
eqn2 = r*x*(((x+y)/K))-delta*z*y-delta_m*y =0;
eqn3 = c*(((x+y)/C)^m)*(1-z) =0 ;
with C r d delta c K m delta_m as constants.
