A week ago I bought a student Matlab license, but I didn't receive the bill yet. When will I receive the bill of the purchase of the license?

That is not something that the volunteers here can answer: very few of us have access to the purchase records, as most of us do not work for Mathworks.

And not even all of us that do work for MathWorks have access to that information. You should contact Customer Service using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page to inquire about your bill. But first, check your email account's spam folder in case the message got stuck in there.
