Does the Neural Network created by the Neural Network Toolbox be used in the Android application made ?

Hello, I have used the Neural Network Toolbox to train my system to read certain images and give a certain output. Now I'm planning on making an Android app for the same system and was wanting to know if the saved Neural Network can be used in the android application too?

Also which is the best way to create an app for android using MATLAB code?
