Covert Mwarray[] image to bitmap memory while calling the matlab dll from c#.

I am doing image processing in matlab using feature extraction method then i call it from c# using dll. I am able to get the ouptut image in C# code but can't convert this utput image into bitmap data type which will further help me to save the image on the local system.
